The idea of the service lounge at Avion is to extend the traditional service concept often seen at shopping centres. Visitors are not just met by interactive screens but personnel that in different ways can assist them, either with information or e.g. equipment that may facilitate the stay at the centre. There are also bookable areas inside the lounge for personal shopping as well as e-commerce pick-up. In the latter case you have the possibility to pick up, try and if necessary return your orders.
