Winning project for Europan 10, a new residential area by the Aspen lake.
Dérive is the winning proposal for the site of Aspedalen in Lerum, Sweden, at the international architectural competition Europan 10. The project is a collaboration between Jakobsson Pusterla and Zero architects (Jesus Matéo).
The zooning plan process is in process.
HSB, Wallenstam and Skanska in a dialog with the Municipality of Lerum are going to be the developers for the area.
