In october the new Elon and EM stores will open in what is known by the locals as the ‘Flex’ building. Behind this investment is the Carlzon family, through their company Gotland Investment AB. Jakobsson Pusterla has worked on developing the ‘Flex’ building in cooperation with Gotland Investment as well as SRC (Scandinavian Retail Center). The aim is to create a retail destination beside the already established offices. We look forward to the opening of Phase 1 on October 25th!

We have recently presented a proposal for a new group housing, or serviced housing project, in the small town Åstorp.
In Sweden people with a functional impairment can be granted an apartment in group housing or serviced housing.
The house contains six apartments and common social areas and residents can be assisted 24 hours a day. Each apartment has an own terrace and a small garden.
The building exterior expresses each single unit as if it was it´s own housing unit. The apartments can be reached through a common main entrance or directly through an entrance facing the private patio.
The building is being designed. A building start is expected during the autumn of 2017.
An interview with Andreas Sandgren and Marco Pusterla on the creative process behind the dark brick Villa in Veberöd in Houzz magazine.
